Non-Profit Tax

Non-Profit Tax

Non-profit organizations are always viewed as entities that will not owe tax. That is the case as long as they are properly set-up and are current on their tax filings and other compliance matters. The Form 990 continues to grow longer and more detailed, which in-turn becomes more difficult for the Organization to prepare this form on their own.

There are still instances of non-profits owing tax even if they are properly set-up and current on their filings. If the Organization receives income that is considered unrelated business income, then it could be subject to unrelated business income tax and could be required to file Form 990-T.

Let our firm help your non-profit stay compliant, up-to-date, and allow you to focus on your mission.
